Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Provide compassionate, personalized daily care to residents in a senior living setting. Work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support residents’ health and wellbeing while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
Key Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
- Support mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs.
- Follow care plans and facility procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and dignity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current CNA certification (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards.
- Comfort working in a team-based healthcare environment.
