Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care and team management in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
- Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
- Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
- Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful patient relationships.
- Celebrating patient recovery milestones.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
- BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role.
