Position Details:
Part-time role with flexible hours (8-40 hours/week), day shifts, in-person work
Compensation starting at $50/hour

Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
Preferred 2 years of Skilled Nursing facility experience
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines
Create weekly rounding schedules and maintain accurate medical records
