We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide high-quality, patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings.
Deliver pulmonary care, including assessments, diagnoses, and management of respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.Manage noninvasive ventilation therapies (CPAP, BiPAP), tracheostomies, and coordinate with teams for ventilator and trach weaning.Perform comprehensive evaluations, interpret diagnostics, and prescribe medications following regulations.Educate patients and staff, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and contribute to reducing hospital readmissions.Work 2 days/week, including weekends, with occasional on-call, in person at a facility in Forest City, PA.Qualifications include an active APRN license, master’s degree, experience in long-term care, and strong clinical skills.Benefits include competitive pay, malpractice coverage, ongoing education, and AI-assisted documentation tools.
