We are seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities include managing complex respiratory conditions, performing assessments, managing ventilator and tracheostomy care, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
Availability is 2 days per week, including weekends and occasional after-hours, with a flexible schedule and autonomy in workflow.
Qualifications include active APRN license, experience with respiratory and post-acute care, BLS/ACLS certifications, and strong clinical skills.
