Nurse Practitioner (PRN)

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive palliative care under physician supervision, focusing on evaluation, assessment, symptom management, and care planning in accordance with state laws.

Essential duties include conducting physical exams, developing individualized care plans, prescribing treatments, educating patients and families, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.

They communicate effectively with healthcare providers, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuity of care.

Additional responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with regulations, participating in quality improvement, and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current licensure, certification (e.g., CHPN or Geriatrics preferred), and experience in hospice or palliative care.

Position offers a salary range of $105,000-$125,000 plus benefits, with a flexible schedule and on-the-road work.
