Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

We are hiring a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Virginia.

Provide advanced wound evaluation, treatment, and follow-up in patients’ homes, nursing facilities, and care settings.

Perform bedside procedures like debridement, dressing changes, and assessments.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.

Work autonomously with flexible scheduling, supporting ongoing wound care training.

Qualifications include licensure as NP or PA in Virginia, with preferred experience in wound care and home health. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and flexible hours. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to improve patient outcomes in a dynamic, on-the-road environment.
