Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, North Virginia, or Virginia Beach. This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling and involves providing advanced wound assessments and treatments in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Perform bedside procedures such as debridement, dressing changes, and wound assessments.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous patient care.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.

Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and management.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, relevant clinical experience, and a valid driver’s license. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $55–$70, flexible schedules, health benefits, paid time off, and ongoing wound care training. The role involves travel within assigned regions, and candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in nursing, home health, or wound care.
