We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), and Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up care in patients’ homes and care facilities.
Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, quality care.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention strategies.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation; wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
