We are seeking a full-time Physician to provide medical care across multiple facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings. The role involves delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care, maintaining proper documentation, and participating in medical staff activities such as meetings, peer reviews, and compliance efforts.
Responsibilities include travel between facilities, evaluating care management processes, analyzing clinical and operational data, and fostering collaborative relationships with providers, staff, and the community. The physician will support quality assurance, utilization management, and strategic initiatives, serving on relevant committees and acting as a role model for staff.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shifts, with no night call. Benefits include 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, signing bonus, and relocation assistance. The position offers a salary range of $110,000–$135,000 and bonus opportunities. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO.
