Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with 4 locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center.

This is a full-time position with an annual pay range of $125,000-$150,000. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting.
