Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team in a full-time role.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed

Ensure care adheres to accepted standards and monitor patient progress

Qualifications include a current applicable license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain one, and BLS certification. The role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and an outpatient setting with no hospital call or rounding.

The position requires relocation to Sutherlin, OR, prior to starting. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
