We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.
About the role:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Provide care per accepted standards and collaborate with team members
- Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists when needed
Qualifications:
- Current state NP/PA license and national certification
- DEA license or ability to obtain one
- Basic Life Support certification
