Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and develop individualized care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care in medical records and collaborate with team members

Monitor and manage patient progress, referring to specialists as needed

Qualifications: Current state license, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

Additional info: Full-time position with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000/year.
