We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive care for primary, perioperative, and specialty patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive and chronic care.
- Monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and participate in quality improvement.
- Require a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current certification, active DEA and Texas license, and proficiency in diagnostics and EHR systems.
- Must demonstrate compassion, teamwork, strong communication, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
