We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive patient care in a primary, perioperative, or specialty setting.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive and chronic care.
Monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare teams, and participate in quality initiatives.
Require a Master’s/Doctorate in Nursing, active certification, Texas license, DEA, and proficiency in clinical skills and documentation.
Must demonstrate compassion, strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
