Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care across diverse settings, including primary, urgent, and specialty clinics.

Conduct physical exams, assess patient health, and develop treatment plans for all ages.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform procedures, and administer treatments.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

Utilize EMR/EHR systems and provide patient education and health coaching.

Participate in telehealth and clinical research as needed.

Requirements include current licensure, relevant experience, proficiency with medical coding and EMR systems, and strong clinical knowledge. Experience in specialized areas and advanced procedures is a plus.
