Nurse Practitioner/PA – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our team in Latham, NY.

Responsibilities include:

Managing OB and GYN patients, including well visits, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions

Performing minor office procedures, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications

OB/GYN experience is preferred but not required. This full-time or part-time role offers a salary of $90,000-$110,000 annually.
