Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient Primary Care in a community center setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing full-scope outpatient primary care within your license
- Managing a patient caseload with 36 contact hours weekly
- Utilizing EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, and AI notetaking tools
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving community health
Qualifications and skills required:
- Unrestricted AZ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license or ability to obtain
- National certification through AANC/AANP or NCCPA
- At least two years of primary care experience
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Value Based Care models
- Knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, HCC coding
- Proficiency in Medicare Wellness visits and EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range: $104,500 – $156,000 annually
