Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA.
- Provide expert wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up in patients’ homes and facilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and reduce complications.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and educate patients/caregivers on wound management.
- Work autonomously within a supportive team, with opportunities for growth and certification.
Schedule is flexible, typically wrapping up by 5:00 pm, with options for full- or part-time roles, and some travel in a company plane. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Drivers license required; home health experience is a plus.
