Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a mobile wound care role in Charlottesville, VA. This full- or part-time position offers a flexible schedule, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. Compensation ranges from $125K to $130K annually, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting on-site wound assessments and treatments in various settings
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure continuous patient care
- Documenting encounters and treatment plans in EMR systems
- Educating patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention
- Participating in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations
Qualifications:
- Virginia-licensed NP or PA with at least 1 year of experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Driver’s license; home health experience preferred
