Seeking a full or part-time NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT-CERTIFIED to join a growing ENT department.
The role involves evaluating and treating general ENT patients, with training in specialty care, including initial assessments, follow-up, postoperative care, and minor in-office procedures.
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and patient education.
- Obtain patient histories and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide health education and communicate with community providers.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and environmental policies.
Requirements include active PA-C or ARNP licensure, preferably 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, and a patient-focused approach. Strong communication skills, knowledge of EMR, and clinical procedures are essential.
Conditions of employment include credentialing for Medicare/Medicaid billing, CPR certification within six months, and passing pre-employment screening.
