Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a mobile wound care team providing patient-centered services across various settings.

Provide on-site assessments, debridements, and treatments for patients.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans.

Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on wound care advancements.

Qualifications include current NP licensure in Missouri (and Illinois preferred), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and strong communication skills. Wound care experience is preferred but not required, with training available.
