Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing expert care in various settings.

Perform on-site wound assessments, debridements, and treatments.

Collaborate with physicians, staff, and caregivers to develop care plans.

Document visits accurately in the EMR system and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Ensure compliance with regulations, stay current with wound care advancements, and work independently with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications include current NP licenses in Missouri (required) and Illinois (preferred), with wound care experience preferred but training available. Must have reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and be comfortable with EMR systems. Travel to New Orleans, LA for 2-3 weeks for training is required.

Compensation ranges from $113,022.98 to $136,113.69 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities. This full-time role involves in-person work and offers a rewarding opportunity to impact patient outcomes.
