Role Overview:
We are seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. The role involves completing structured assessments using pre-populated forms, with no treatment plans, prescribing, or follow-up calls, making it a low-stress clinical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home health assessments based on pre-scheduled appointments
- Complete and submit assessment forms efficiently
- Work within structured workflows and guidelines
- Serve multiple counties within assigned regions to maximize patient volume and earnings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unrestricted NP license in the state
- Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to commit at least 60 hours per month
- New graduates are welcome—prior experience not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base rate of $80 per completed assessment
- Tiered pay increases with higher commitment, earning up to $1,000 per day for 6–11 visits
