The role offers autonomy to manage patient care, collaborate with physicians, and improve outcomes for 12-16 patients daily. Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting in EMRs, making high-risk decisions, and fostering teamwork within senior care facilities.
Key requirements are an active Nurse Practitioner license, certification (ANCC/AANP), U.S. work eligibility, and preferably experience in long-term care. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with minimal weekend call, never overnight.
