About the Role:
- Part-time position in Greencastle/Covington, IN areas with a pay rate of $50/hour.
- Day shift, in-person work with flexible hours (8-40 hours/week).
- Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments following evidence-based guidelines.
- Maintain accurate medical records and create weekly rounding schedules.

Requirements:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Preferably 2+ years of Skilled Nursing facility experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
