The Nurse Practitioner position involves providing compassionate outpatient clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing (FNP or Acute Care), active RN licensure in Arkansas, current certification from AACN, AANP, or ANCC, DEA licensure, and a National Provider Identifier. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience. Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, billing, case management, crisis intervention, and social determinants of health is essential. The role requires independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and certification in BLS (mandatory) and ACLS (within 6 months). This is a safety-sensitive position.
