Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care to long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities include managing residents with acute changes, advanced care planning, chronic disease management, prescribing medications (including controlled substances), ordering and reviewing treatments, and collaborating with nursing staff and primary care physicians.

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted NP license and board certification

Location: In person at Kewanee, IL. Full-time position with salary range $130,000–$145,000 annually.
