Nurse Practitioner

This full-time Nurse Practitioner role involves providing primary and preventive care to residents in long-term care facilities, managing acute changes in condition, and coordinating advanced and chronic care planning.

Prescribe medications, including controlled substances per legal guidelines.

Order, review, and follow up on treatments and diagnostic tests.

Maintain communication with nursing staff and collaborate with primary care physicians.

Work in person at the Kewanee, IL location.

Qualifications include: current NP license, board certification, DEA licensure, and experience in long-term care and geriatric populations.
