Nurse Practitioner

This full-time Nurse Practitioner role involves providing primary and preventative care to residents in long-term care facilities, including managing acute changes, advanced care planning, and chronic disease management.

  • Prescribe medications, order and review treatments and diagnostics, and communicate regularly with nursing staff and primary care physicians.
  • Work in person at a facility in Kewanee, IL, with no night or weekend shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
