This Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, communicating with staff, and documenting visits efficiently.

Coordinate and deliver quality patient care

Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership

Perform patient rounds, write orders, and schedule tests

Maintain accurate electronic records and handle billing documentation

Follow organizational policies and protocols

Requirements include excellent communication, compassion, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or general practice. Valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are mandatory.
