This Advanced Practice Provider role involves managing and coordinating patient care, conducting rounds, communicating with staff, and documenting visits efficiently.

  • Coordinate and deliver quality patient care
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and leadership
  • Perform patient rounds, write orders, and schedule tests
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and handle billing documentation
  • Follow organizational policies and protocols


  • Requirements include excellent communication, compassion, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. Preferred experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or general practice. Valid Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are mandatory.
