We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for primary care and inpatient settings, offering a salary of $120,000 – $130,000. This full-time role features flexible hours Monday to Friday, 9-5, with no weekends or on-call duties.
Provide primary and preventive care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
Document evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately.
Assess and manage acute patient condition changes promptly.
Prescribe medications, order labs, diagnostics, and treatments.
Manage patient visits via EMR, dashboards, and telehealth as needed.
Collaborate with staff and PCPs on patient care.
Complete timely documentation and billing.
