Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for various conditions, including pain management.

Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop personalized care strategies.

Administer medications, injections, perform venipuncture, and manage acute and chronic cases.

Coordinate discharge planning, case management, and post-acute care.

Provide health education, including nutrition coaching, and support diagnostic evaluations.

Participate in lab procedures and advanced clinical interventions; training provided.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical expertise, interest in holistic and traditional medicine, and proficiency in medical coding.
