The Advance Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.
As part of an experienced team, the APP evaluates, diagnoses, monitors, and manages patients using advanced assessment skills in collaboration with a supervising physician.
**Education:**
Post Graduate Degree
Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician Assistant Licensure
BLS
ACLS
**Experience:**
None required
**Skills:**
– Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations
– Mathematical, analytical, reading/comprehension
– Computer skills (Excel, medical charting)
**Mental & Emotional:**
– Manage stress and make decisions under pressure
– Handle challenging situations and multiple priorities
– Work independently in confined or crowded areas
**Working Conditions:**
– Exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
– Use of computer monitors
**Physical Requirements:**
– Medium work involving prolonged sitting, standing, walking
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive motions
– Good manual dexterity, vision, and hearing abilities
