Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a family practice and urgent care in Jacksonville, NC.

Competitive salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annually.

Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability; outpatient setting.

DOT training provided and paid by the company; DEA and PA/NP licenses covered for full-time staff.

Preferred candidates are licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and able to commute or relocate to Jacksonville, NC.
