Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care, diagnosing and managing a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
- Manage ongoing care for complex hematology/oncology conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer care team to coordinate treatment.
- Build and maintain long-term patient relationships through patient-centered follow-up.
- Partner with nursing, infusion, pharmacy, and ancillary teams to support safe and effective care.
