Nurse Navigation Supervisor leads and supports a team that manages low-acuity 911 calls. The role oversees day-to-day call operations, ensuring calls are handled in line with clinical standards and established protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise call handling and coordinate team workflow for low-acuity 911 calls
- Monitor call quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance with clinical protocols
- Coach, mentor, and support staff to maintain performance and adherence to best practices
- Assist with staffing needs and support staff onboarding and training
- Manage escalations and provide clinical support when required
- Ensure privacy and regulatory requirements are followed
Qualifications & skills: Registered Nursing background with strong clinical judgment, leadership and coaching ability, excellent documentation and quality oversight, sound decision-making for escalations, and a strong understanding of privacy and clinical compliance.
