Nurse Navigation Supervisor leads and supports a team managing low-acuity 911 calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day call operations and team performance
- Monitor call quality, clinical documentation, and compliance with protocols
- Coach, mentor, and support staff to meet clinical and service standards
- Assist with staffing needs and staff training development
- Handle call escalations and provide clinical support as needed
- Ensure adherence to privacy requirements and other operational policies
Qualifications & skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical experience in call or triage environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills for coaching and escalation handling
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of clinical protocols and privacy compliance
- Ability to supervise operations and maintain effective team workflows
