Nurse – Minimally Invasive PCU

Role: Clinical Nurse (RN) in a Minimally Invasive PCU/IMU unit, responsible for providing direct patient care, assessments, planning, and evaluations within nursing standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient- and family-centered care, including education on post-treatment management and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with collaborative team input, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
  • Maintain safety sensitivity and work alertness as essential job functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Licenses: Active RN license.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
