Addresses issues proactively, manages staff schedules, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Maintains budget efficiency, handles conflict positively, and participates in strategic planning. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years clinical experience, RN license, Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred. Leadership experience is a plus.
