• Coordinates staffing, admissions, and surge plans based on census, acuity, and service needs.
• Supports staff development through onboarding, education, and certification encouragement.
• Manages staffing schedules, compliance, and environment of care to meet regulatory standards.
• Promotes employee and physician engagement, teamwork, and service excellence aligned with organizational values.
• Addresses issues proactively, manages resources effectively, and participates in strategic planning.
• Requires RN licensure, a minimum of 3 years clinical experience, associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), and leadership skills. Full-time, varies schedule, located at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
