Seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing services in the GI Lab area.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care.
- Ensuring competent staffing, resource utilization, and meeting productivity and financial goals.
- Collaborating with physicians, administrative staff, and hospital teams to improve communication and processes.
- Supporting patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure.
- Minimum three years of nursing experience in procedural areas; leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire.
- Strong human relations, communication skills, and clinical expertise in the area of responsibility.
