Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical, financial, human, and material resources to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
- Current RN license (multi-state or single-state as applicable) and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare financing, legal and ethical standards, and evidence-based practices.
