Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.

Supervises staff, coordinates daily operations, and manages staffing schedules.

Conducts clinical rounds, monitors care plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

Oversees medication administration, treatments, and ensures safety and infection control protocols.

Participates in staff training, performance evaluations, and handles complex medical issues as needed.

Maintains accurate documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and preferred supervisory background. Strong communication, organizational skills, and EMR experience are required.
