Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and clinical rounds to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Oversee medication administration, treatments, and maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Participate in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively to medical emergencies.

Qualifications include active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience (long-term care preferred), prior leadership experience, and proficiency with EMR systems.
