Nurse Manager

We are seeking a compassionate *Nurse Manager (RN or LPN)* to lead our nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care.

Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and monitor care plans.

Conduct clinical rounds, oversee medication administration, and ensure safety and infection control.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Assist with staff training, performance evaluations, and documentation.

Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, minimum 3 years of clinical experience, and strong organizational skills. EMR experience and BLS certification are required.
