Nurse Manager – Live Well Homecare

The Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

Supervise and support clinical staff, coordinate daily operations, and manage staff scheduling.

Conduct clinical rounds, monitor care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care.

Oversee medication administration, participate in utilization review, and ensure safety and infection control standards.

Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate documentation and respond to medical emergencies.

Qualifications include an active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, prior leadership experience preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills. EMR experience and BLS certification are required, with additional certifications a plus.
