Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) oversees nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.

Supervises and supports staff, coordinates operations, and manages staff scheduling.

Conducts clinical rounds, monitors care plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

Oversees medication administration, treatments, and participates in utilization review.

Provides training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff.

Maintains safety standards, infection control, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications include active NM RN or LPN license, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and strong organizational skills. EMR experience and BLS certification are required.
