Role: Nurse Extern in a PRN Float Pool, supporting Registered Nurses across various units.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and patient transport.
- Support with basic procedures and accurately document care in the EMR.
- Provide care in orthopedics, surgical, medical-surgical, and emergency settings under supervision.
- Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current nursing student or recent graduate with foundational clinical knowledge.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
